Offshore Mapping Store Policies

Offshore Mapping uses both USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated in real time and are forwarded from our shipping provider servers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose. A small 'shipping materials cost' is added depending on service selected.

If you need one of our products over night, please contact Offshore Mapping before checking out. We will check availability and activate over night and/or expedited shipping options.

Offshore Mapping does not accept International Orders.
If you place an order with an international address your order will not be processed, however if our automated authorization system accepts your credit card, it will be charged. A 30% refund fee will be deducted to refund your credit card.

No data or information that personally identifies you will be shared with anyone at any time. Information collected by Offshore Mapping is used to process your order and is not available to the public. Offshore Mapping does not store any credit card information.

Offshore Mapping is enrolled in Trustwave's Trusted CommerceSM program.

Trustwave's Trusted Commerce program provides Offshore Mapping with one or more of the following: PCI DSS Compliance Validation service, SSL Certificates and Trusted Commerce website security seal.

Trustwave has issued a 256-bit SSL certificate for Offshore Mapping's website, www.OffshoreMapping.com. This SSL Certificate can be used to provide up to 256-bit encryption between your web browser and our web server so that sensitive information, such as your personal contact information or credit card information, can be transmitted over the Internet safely.

Offshore Mapping can not guarantee any of the items sold on our site. Most manufacturers of the products sold on our site maintain their own warranty and accuracy disclaimers. If you have any questions regarding any of any product, please feel free to contact us. We will do everything possible to assist you.

Due to the technical nature of our products, Offshore Mapping can not accept any returns or exchanges on maps and charts.

If we ship the wrong map or chart, you can request an RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization number. Simply login to your Offshore Mapping account and open the order in question. At the bottom of the order detail you will find RMA instruction. Any products returned must be in 'New' condition, have an RMA number issued and the original sales receipt. If Offshore Mapping is in error, we will replace products to you at no charge.

Offshore Mapping will process and deliver, in a timely order and in good faith, your requested products and services.
